These terms cover senditsociety.co and the Send It Society community, including the Academy, live calls, mentorship and the private Discord (together, "the Society"). By using the site or joining the Society, you agree to them.

Education, not financial advice

Everything in the Society is for education and discussion. Nothing we publish, say on a call or post in the Discord is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We don't sell signals or trade calls, and we don't manage anyone's money. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them.

Risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile. You can lose some or all of what you put in. Past performance, including any trade or example discussed in the Society, doesn't indicate future results. Only risk money you can afford to lose, and talk to a licensed professional about your own situation.

No guarantees

We don't promise any income, return or result. Images and video on the site are lifestyle and aesthetic references (licensed stock and brand footage). They don't show member results.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto services where you live. You're responsible for following the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

The Discord and community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate or spam.
• No shilling, pump groups, paid promotions or soliciting members' money.
• Don't share or resell Academy material, calls or private channels outside the Society.
• Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply.

We can remove anyone who breaks these rules, at our discretion.

Membership and payments

If a paid membership or mentorship is offered, its price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you pay, and payments are handled by the checkout provider named at that time.

Our content

The Academy, recordings, graphics, logo and site content belong to Send It Society or its licensors. You can use them for your own learning. Don't copy, redistribute or sell them.

Third-party services

The site links to Discord and shows market prices from third-party data providers. Prices are informational, may be delayed or wrong, and shouldn't be relied on for trading. We aren't responsible for third-party services.

Limitation of liability

The site and the Society are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Send It Society and its members aren't liable for any loss, including trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the site or the Society.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site or the Society means you accept the update.
